Job Description
<div>Key Result Areas (KRAs)</div>
<div>• Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing across Meta, Google, and CRM channels, ensuring efficient spend, scalability, and ROI.</div>
<div>• Plan and execute full-funnel growth strategies, covering acquisition, consideration, conversion, and retention.</div>
<div>• Derive data-backed creative insights by analyzing audience behavior, creatives, hooks, and messaging to improve performance metrics.</div>
<div>• Work closely with internal teams (creative, brand, content) and external partners to coordinate ad execution, testing, and optimization processes.</div>
<div>• Monitor key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV, and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and scale.</div>
<div>• Build structured testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing experiences to unlock sustainable growth.</div>
<div>• Ensure smooth operational flow across ad accounts, reporting, and execution while maintaining high ownership and accountability.</div>
