Job Description

Decision Pinnacle is looking for a social media manager with 4-5 years of prior experience in the field of advertising and brand building for an immediate full time position.  The role will entail understanding client/project requirements, converting the same to high quality deliverables in collaboration with the team and turning them around in time. We believe in total freedom in thinking and don’t go by client’s brief, instead the team chalks out what the brand truly deserves basis a larger marketing strategy that is placed to show and deliver better impact. For the same, we want individuals who are extremely passionate and highly motivated to deliver ideas and question the norms in every content or creative made.

 

You'll be managing social media channels for our clients from the ground up – planning, executing, and measuring campaigns that resonate with our audience and amplify the brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals, focusing on engagement, growth, and conversion.
  • Manage all social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create compelling content calendars that showcase our products, tell our brand story, and engage our community. This includes writing, curating, and scheduling all posts.
  • Work closely with the design and product teams to create visually appealing and informative content.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategy and content.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering an interactive audience relationship.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of digital fashion marketing.
  • Collaborate with influencers and other partners to expand our reach and authenticity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and content creation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to see ideas through from conception to execution.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms to measure and drive social media performance.
