Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to contribute to our sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads, engaging with decision-makers, and driving them towards product demos. This role is crucial in supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets and optimize the sales funnel for increased efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize platforms like Apollo.io, Lusha, and Mr. E to identify new leads.
- Lead Qualification: Assess leads against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and qualify them as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Outbound Engagement: Communicate with decision-makers through various channels including email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate categorization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to send personalized sequences and maximize engagement.
- Demo Bookings: Encourage decision-makers to schedule demos with Account Executives to improve ICP-to-demo conversion ratios.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure smooth transition of qualified leads to Account Executives and monitor their progress.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years in a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging across multiple channels.
- CRM Expertise: Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies.
- Collaboration: Excellent teamwork skills for working with the SDR and Account Executive teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with healthcare SaaS products.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role focusing on B2B SaaS inside sales and healthcare expertise.
