Job Summary
The Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Aqqrue is responsible for outbound outreach to prospective customers, primarily US CPA firms and bookkeeping practices. The role involves inviting firm owners, partners, and operations leads to virtual lunches and dinners, securing their participation, and following up to ensure attendance. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the company's outreach strategies, work remotely, and contribute directly to the company's growth by generating qualified leads and providing valuable market insights.
Responsibilities
- Invite prospective customers to virtual lunches and dinners through voice calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Explain the purpose and value of each session, answer questions, and secure confirmations from relevant prospects.
- Follow up with invitees, share session details and joining links, and send reminders to maximize attendance.
- Build and research prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry sources like state CPA societies.
- Coordinate guest lists and share relevant prospect context with the team hosting each virtual event.
- Test messaging, outreach cadences, and audience segments; analyze response rates and share insights to improve engagement.
- Maintain a clean CRM by logging every interaction, tracking invitations, confirmations, and attendance, and reporting on activity and conversion metrics.
- Gather feedback from accountants during outreach to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Comfortable making 200 to 300 calls per day, handling objections, and managing rejection professionally.
- Sharp, concise writer capable of crafting human-like cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English and available to work US business hours (6 p.m. to 3 a.m. EST).
- Experience with outreach tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
