Scrabble is hiring for a fast-growing D2C startup located in Gurgaon, India.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end HR function across the organization
• Drive strategic and operational talent acquisition initiatives across business functions
• Develop employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
• Build leadership development and succession planning frameworks
• Partner closely with founders and leadership teams on organizational structure and people strategy
• Strengthen HR systems, policies, and processes while maintaining business agility
• Lead, mentor, and scale the HR team
• Drive performance management, capability building, and employee development initiatives
• Support business growth, organizational transformation, and scaling efforts

Candidate Profile
• 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within high-growth startups or consumer-focused organizations
• MBA/PGDM from Tier 2/3 institutes
• Strong exposure to talent acquisition, employee retention, and leadership development initiatives
• Ability to balance structured HR practices with an entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
• Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and problem-solving capabilities
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic business environment
