Inbound Executive - JD</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:<br /> - Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and invoices.<br /> - Coordinate with vendors and transporters to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.<br /> - Conduct QC, tagging, and GRN generation in the WMS.<br /> - Manage putaway of goods into designated bins and ensure accurate bin mapping.<br /> - Perform regular cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy and reconcile inventory variances.<br /> - Maintain up-to-date inventory records and resolve stock mismatches.<br /> - Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline inwarding and storage processes.</div> <div>Requirements:<br /> - Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound operations or inventory management.<br /> - Strong understanding of warehouse processes including putaway and cycle counts.<br /> - Experience with WMS platforms; knowledge of Increff is preferred.<br /> - Prior experience working in a D2C brand is a strong advantage.<br /> - Good Excel skills, attention to detail, and inventory reconciliation ability.<br /> - Knowledge of Increff WMS software will be an added advantage.</div>
