Job Description
<ol>
<li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans and AOP to achieve revenue targets through government tenders / contracts and strategic partnerships.</li>
<li>Lead and mentor a team of regional sales managers, providing guidance, training, and support in navigating policy shaping and procurement processes.</li>
<li>Identify and establish partnerships with complementary businesses such pharma brands, distributors, manufacturers etc. to enhance service offerings and market reach.</li>
<li>Take complete ownership of India Profit and Loss (PnL) incl. revenue growth and profitability. Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies and departments.</li>
<li>Monitor government tender portals and industry publications to identify new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with tender requirements and contract execution.</li>
