Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy LMS Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contractual basis. The role involves managing our SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), supporting learners and administrators, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring smooth execution of learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
LMS Administration & Content Management:
- Upload, organize, and maintain learning content, courses, and materials in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
- Ensure accurate course cataloging, user assignments, and system configurations.
- Maintain system hygiene and troubleshoot LMS-related issues.
User Support & Reporting:
- Provide technical support to LMS users, including employees, managers, and admins.
- Generate and distribute reports on learner progress, course completions, and system usage.
- Assist in generating reports to measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
Training Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Book venues, arrange equipment, and manage access to online platforms.
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, L&D, IT, Department Managers) and external vendors to align LMS activities and training plans.
Feedback & Record-Keeping:
- Collect and compile feedback from training participants.
- Maintain detailed training participation records and update employee learning histories.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS or similar Learning Management Systems (mandatory).
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 Months (Contractual)
- Work Arrangement: [Onsite full time )
