Roles & Responsibilities:
● Own all things growth including performance marketing, partnerships and other
activities to aid DTC growth
● Build strategy and Lead end to end implementation of all Digital marketing
efforts including platforms like Facebook and Google
● Work closely with the agency partners to ensure proper execution of the
campaigns
● Build the required reporting to monitor performance, analyse consumer flows
and optimise the same.
● Collaborate with the Product team to build & test various product flows and
landing pages.
● Work closely with the design team for all marketing creatives. Build required
framework for A/B Testing and reporting for the same.
Who are you
● Performance Marketeer at your core, but looking to / in the process of
broadening your horizon..
● 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing. Experience in DTC brand a
plus
● In-depth understanding of Facebook and Google Ads suite along with Google
Analytics and other tracking & automation tools
● High sense of ownership and a strong collaborator
