<h1>Technical Lead - Engineering</h1> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>You will work directly with the Founders and be part of the Founding Team to craft Accacia&rsquo;s growth story. We are at an inflexion point where regulations and climate concerns mandating all real estate enterprises to craft their decarbonisation strategy.</p> <p>We are seeking a Technical Leader with a strong background in SaaS and experience working with startups. This role is ideal for someone who has experience scaling startups and is looking to bring their expertise to our team.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Mentor and manage</strong> a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. This includes conducting regular one-on-one meetings, providing feedback, and facilitating team discussions.</li> <li>Independently work on <strong>development tasks</strong> and contribute to the codebase. This includes writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews.</li> <li>Conduct and participate in <strong>design reviews</strong> and build <strong>scalable architectures</strong> for cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. This involves designing and implementing robust, scalable systems and ensuring the system&rsquo;s security and stability.</li> <li>Work on <strong>web and mobile application development</strong>. This includes front-end and back-end development, API design and development, and ensuring a seamless user experience.</li> <li>Should be able to assist and interlock with the product team in the complete lifecycle of the product - from scoping to delivering the requirements; MVPs to Beta/Stable Product Releases; Hotfixes Releases to Optimizations</li> <li>Must look into newer technologies and stacks available to best fit for current and future challenges for growth and development</li> <li>Includes driving the security best practices to meet the required code vulnerabilities SLAs</li> <li>Must foster modular, re-usable, secure, scalable feature designs</li> <li>You will analyse project briefs, identify risks and required resources, create work schedules, and write progress reports</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3><strong>Skills:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong Hands-on experience with <strong>Node.js, React, Nest, Next</strong>.</li> <li>Must have some hand-on Experience with <strong>Python, django and/or flask framework</strong></li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>Relational and NoSQL databases</strong> such as Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4j, TSDB/Influx.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>DevOps</strong> practices and tools and must have worked on docker, kubernetes, gitops</li> <li>Experience with <strong>external integrations</strong> with third-party applications, both on-premises and on cloud.</li> <li>Must have hands on experience in working on Cloud Services like Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services or Azure</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Good to Have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Exposure to <strong>big data pipelines</strong> and <strong>data-lake / managed table like Clickhouse</strong></li> <li>Experience in AI / LLMs / Langchains / Llama Index is a big plus</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Experience:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>6-8 years of experience in a similar role or field.
