Job Summary

The CA Professional will join the Financial Reporting team and play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with various regulations. This position involves collaboration with different stakeholders in delivering high-quality financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Ind AS impact assessment and prepare financial reports.
• Manage the monthly book closure process and scrutinize general ledger (GL) entries.
• Oversee statutory and internal audits, as well as due diligence activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Ind AS, the Companies Act, and CARO (Companies Auditor's Report Order).
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and prepare monthly reporting packs.
• Lead ERP implementation initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Engage in stakeholder management and promote cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.
• 10+ years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting and audit.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in handling audit processes in either insurance, Big 4, or financial services sectors.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the insurance industry, Big 4/audit & consulting, or fintech is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and audit processes.

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience is required, with a focus on financial reporting and compliance.
