We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Associate with B2C
experience and 1-3 years of experience in the ed-tech industry. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and
maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic partnerships that
will help drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales
and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think
strategically.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with students through inbound and outbound calls, offering personalized
study abroad guidance - building trust and rapport.
• Schedule and conduct expert sessions and do timely follow ups to get conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to track leads and following the proper process.
• Lastly, you will be the key driver of the revenue, so whatever it takes to drive sales.
What makes you a great fit?
