Intern - Fundraising and Partnership
Job Summary
The Fundraising and Partnership Intern will support the organization in identifying, securing, and managing funding opportunities and strategic partnerships. This role is focused on assisting with the growth and sustainability of the organization by fostering relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders. The intern will contribute to fundraising campaigns, partnership outreach, and administrative support, playing a key role in the organization’s resource development efforts.
Responsibilities

Assist in researching and identifying potential funding sources, including grants, corporate sponsors, and individual donors.

Support the development and execution of fundraising campaigns and events.

Help draft campaign massage, proposals, presentations, and reports for donors and partners.

Maintain and update databases of donors, partners, and fundraising activities.

Assist in outreach efforts to build and nurture partnerships with relevant organizations and stakeholders.

Support the team with administrative duties related to fundraising and partnership management.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Social Sciences, or a related field or are passionate about the Fundraising and Partnership role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong research and analytical skills.

High level of professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Skills

Experience with fundraising, partnership development, or event planning (internship, volunteer, or academic projects).

Experience

Minimum Experience: 0 years (open to freshers and recent graduates).

Previous internship, volunteer, or academic experience in fundraising, partnerships, or nonprofit work is a plus but not required.

Location: Nagpur (in-office or hybrid, per the organization’s guidelines).
