JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager, you will be the senior-most account person dedicated to the long-term delivery of work on a group of accounts. You will be partnering with the Art/Creative Directors to identify client needs, develop long-term work plans, determine solutions to client business challenges, and manage client contact. You will have to develop a thorough understanding of our clients and drive customer engagement as you will be responsible for streamlining processes for the entire client lifecycle from on-boarding to churn. Client interaction will be primarily driven by your team. You will be expected to provide guidance to the team and engage with clients during escalations.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management and successful long-term relationships with different accounts.
- Handling operations and client management
- Managing a team of key account managers.
- End to end project management
- Briefing the creative team, helping in the creation of a concept.
- Facilitating communication between Client Service Operations & other business units to ensure an effective operating environment.
- Focusing on the strategic aspects of maintaining and growing long-term relationships.
- Establishing growth plans for teams and managed accounts
- Strategizing and executing campaigns for clients.
- Identifying prospective clients, establishing strategic partnerships and alliances
- Working with senior management keeping them informed of new developments, service issues and new business opportunities.
- Work with Planners to develop and drive brand strategy
- Ensure client deliverables meet strategy requirements
- Understand client business problems and identify initiatives and resources to provide
Preferred Requirements:
- BS/BA/MBA degree
- A minimum of 5-8 years of related experience, preferably in digital marketing or in an advertising agency.
- Experience in social media marketing (organic & paid)
- Leadership and management skills.
- Experience in relationship management, strong verbal and written communications skills
