Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as a highly organized, polished, and proactive support to the Director within the CEO’s Office. The role involves managing the Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence, while also facilitating external engagement with founders, investors, industry leaders, and senior professionals. This position offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships across the startup and business ecosystem, requiring exceptional communication, research, and networking skills to support the Director’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications
- Any Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Strong networking skills and experience in building professional relationships.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
- Comfortable interacting with founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders.
- Naturally curious with a passion for researching people, companies, and industries.
- Highly proactive with a strong ownership mindset.
- Fast learner who thrives in a high-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and AI tools like ChatGPT.

- Experience working in a startup, investment, or corporate environment.

Experience
- Prior experience of 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar support role.
