Job Summary

The Backend Developer will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of backend services and APIs to support a web portal’s functionality. This role requires strong expertise in backend technologies and cloud services, ensuring high-performance and secure applications that meet the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support the web portal’s functionality.
• Manage and optimize databases, including writing and maintaining stored procedures and queries.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of backend components and integrations.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to align on data contracts and system architecture.
• Monitor, debug, and support backend systems, resolving issues and implementing improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Must Have:

  • Proficient in .Net 7/8
  • Strong expertise in Azure Cloud
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with Microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of REST APIs
  • Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development.

Experience

• 8 to 13 years of relevant experience in backend development and cloud technologies.
