Job Description

Create and implement complete digital marketing strategies for D2CBusiness( Mainly into Skincare /Cosmetics/beauty care business )  Build digital marketing roadmap down the line and result orientationasperdesign  Measure ROI, KPIs and prepare budgets according to forecast output.  Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customerinteraction  Forecast sales performance trends, act proactively to increasemarketsegment.  Control & Liaise with Product, Design to increase client satisfactionthroughcohesive strategies.  Lead and mentor Performance marketing / social media / Graphics/Content &E.com, marketplace teams. Manage all digital marketing channels(e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency..  Manage and optimize different digital channels like email, social media, search, and website, Strong Knowledge of marketplace and handlingwebsites Analyse the business data for insights and better decision-making.  Work with internal teams and outside partners to run campaigns at certainlevel to achieve the targets.  Manage budgets and ROI for marketing projects.  Oversee the creation and quality of digital content, Assess the successofdigital marketing campaigns.  Build and keep strong relationships with key stakeholders, likeproductmanagement and Supply chains.  Manage and keep track of paid digital advertising campaigns, Manageandgrow the company’s social media presence.  Create and run email marketing campaigns for sales, Use SEOandPPCstrategies to improve search engine ranking. Manage and improveonlinecontent, considering SEO and Google Analytics
