Job Summary

The QA Automation Engineer (Playwright) is responsible for automating testing processes to ensure the quality and performance of web applications. This role contributes to the overall goal of delivering high-quality software products and enhancing testing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks to enhance testing workflows.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Execute tests, log defects, and perform regression testing to ensure software stability.
• Create and maintain test documentation and reports for audit and review purposes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–7 years in QA Automation testing.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python).
  • Solid understanding of test automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and Git.
  • Familiarity with test reporting tools.
  • Experience testing web applications.
  • Knowledge of API testing is a plus.
• Education: Relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
