Responsibilities

  • Performance Management

    • Manage end-to-end performance cycles including goal setting, check-ins, calibration, and final evaluations.
    • Ensure alignment of goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with business priorities and role expectations.
    • Enhance the quality and consistency of performance ratings and conversations.
    • Track performance metrics and share insights and dashboards with leadership.
  • Promotion Governance

    • Oversee promotion eligibility frameworks and readiness criteria.
    • Coordinate and manage promotion review panels, ensuring decisions are data-driven and unbiased.
    • Maintain transparency, documentation, and governance throughout the promotion process.
    • Analyze promotion data to identify trends, gaps, and potential bias.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), or Talent Management.
  • Specialization: Prior experience in performance management and promotion cycles is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data analysis tools and performance management software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting.

Experience
