Job Description
<div>Role Objective</div>
<div>The incumbent will actively collaborate with distribution hierarchy to drive interventions to<br />
boost sales strategy, share intelligent information across identified vectors, create<br />
opportunities to build more productive avenues to diversify sales in agency channel</div>
<div>Core<br />
Responsibilities</div>
<div> Function with the entire distribution hierarchy especially zonal leaders in creating a<br />
forward-looking sales strategy to promote business<br />
Create focussed interventions for building a steady sales funnel<br />
Provide industry best insights and enable quality sales which promote customer<br />
retention<br />
Enable daily, weekly, monthly MIS across vectors leveraging on seasonality and<br />
regional dynamics<br />
o PO Channel<br />
Strengthen PO strategy with zonal heads, creating a zone wise visibility matrix<br />
promoting sales through the PO channel<br />
Increase productivity in the PO channel and monitor output on a periodic basis<br />
o PMS<br />
Shape PMS programs for promoting sales<br />
Working closely with Planning team on headcount/sales/cost numbers<br />
Create, monitor, amend and shape incentive schemes which increase both the<br />
spread and earning quantum for incentive earning population across sales<br />
channels<br />
o MDRT &amp; Eagle<br />
Create programs on increasing consistent MDRTs and ensure best practices in LI<br />
are incorporated to enhance growth in MDRT count<br />
Collaborate with SI team for creating a market wide strategy to promoting sales<br />
Promote visibility of individual wise sales data across vectors and provide intelligent<br />
insights for better decision making<br />
Drive sales teams through various interventions in promoting more Eagles</div>
<div>Qualification<br />

Experience)</div>
<div> Experience in a distribution management role focused on insurance, finance or<br />
a related field (XX no. of years)<br />
Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent required; MBA or other advanced degree<br />
preferred</div>
