Known for its robotic cataract surgeries and advanced laser treatments, Smart Vision aims to make quality eye care accessible and affordable. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and experienced ophthalmologists, the hospital is committed to providing personalized and efficient care. As a CRM + Lead Manager, you’ll play a critical role in managing the entire lead lifecycle, from capturing incoming leads to ensuring smooth coordination with clinics and follow-up teams. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, actionable pipeline through CRM tools and ensuring timely engagement with patients to enhance conversions and customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities: Monitor and manage all incoming leads across digital platforms (website, ads, social media, etc.) ● Assign leads to relevant clinics or sales executives in real-time for faster conversions ● Track and update each lead’s status, history, and outcome in the CRM ● Coordinate with telecallers and field teams to ensure timely follow-ups and engagement ● Analyze lead aging, drop-offs, and missed conversions; generate weekly/monthly reports ● Maintain and update tagging, segmentation, and pipeline stages within CRM (Zoho/HubSpot) ● Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights on lead quality and source performance ● Identify process gaps in lead handling and propose improvements ● Ensure CRM hygiene—no duplicate entries, timely updates, and correct lead information ● Conduct periodic audits of lead flow and follow-up effectiveness ● Act as a communication bridge between the marketing, clinic front-desk, and sales team
