Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Content
Specialist. You should have a passion for storytelling, a keen understanding of social media
platforms, and the ability to craft engaging content.
Responsibilities:
● Develop shot lists, storyboards, and visual concepts to effectively communicate the
narrative and aesthetic goals of each campaign.
● Operate professional camera equipment, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and
cinema cameras, to capture high-quality footage. Implement lighting techniques to
achieve desired mood, tone, and atmosphere for each scene, both indoors and outdoors.
● Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Mastery of industry-standard editing software
such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop for creating
high-quality videos and motion graphics.
● Creative and Storytelling Skills: Ability to creatively enhance narratives, use visual
elements effectively, and engage audiences through compelling storytelling techniques.
● Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of video production workflows, including
color grading, audio editing, and visual effects compositing, to produce
professional-quality videos.
● Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and editing styles,
demonstrating proficiency and creativity in video editing and motion graphics.

Qualifications:
● 3+ years of Proven experience as a professional video editor, with a strong portfolio
showcasing a diverse range of projects and editing styles
● Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe After Effects,
Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, (Illustrator or Coreldraw is a plus)
● Solid understanding of video production workflows, including color grading, audio
editing, and visual effects compositing.
● Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into
visually compelling narratives.
● Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition, pacing, and continuity
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced
production environment
