Fusion System Architect
Job Summary
The Fusion System Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, robust Adobe Workfront solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves configuring and customizing Workfront features, developing integrations with enterprise systems, automating workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organizational needs. The architect will also provide training, support, and governance to optimize system usage and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable and robust Workfront solutions encompassing work intake, project/resource management, approvals, reporting dashboards, and workflow automation.
- Configure and customize Workfront features such as custom forms, templates, approval workflows, user roles, and advanced reporting including text mode.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and other enterprise systems like Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, and Marketo.
- Utilize Workfront Fusion to automate workflows and streamline processes, enhancing efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Develop training materials, mentor users, and provide ongoing support for Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
- Establish and enforce best practices for business workflows, change management, user adoption, and system governance.
- Partner with system administrators to manage Workfront setups, access levels, layout templates, and other administrative tasks.
- Identify and resolve issues related to Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Adobe Workfront, including Workfront Fusion.
- Strong understanding of Workfront integrations and API-based automation.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex workflows and automations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve Workfront and Fusion issues.
- Solid business acumen with knowledge of marketing operations, project lifecycle management, and business processes.
- Ability to stay updated with new Workfront releases, evaluate enhancements, and provide feedback on new features.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Educational qualifications typically include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, and Marketo.
- Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies.
- Ability to develop comprehensive training materials and conduct user mentoring sessions.
Experience
- Relevant experience in Workfront system architecture, configuration, and integration.
- Proven track record in workflow automation and enterprise system integration.
- Experience working in hybrid work environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Environment
- Full-time position based in Pune.

Salary
- Estimated salary: ₹700,000 INR per annum.
