Senior Developer – Microsoft Power Platform & CRM Technologies

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and CRM Technologies. This role involves working on the latest Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) as well as legacy on-premise systems (CRM 2011/2013). The ideal candidate will drive CRM implementations, upgrades, and customizations while leveraging their .NET, front-end, and Azure DevOps skills to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment. Immediate availability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Power Platform Development:

  • Design, build, and deploy solutions using the latest versions of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Maintain and upgrade legacy systems running on CRM 2011/2013.

• CRM Implementation & Upgrades:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and upgrade of Dynamics CRM systems.
  • Customize and extend CRM functionalities using JavaScript, plugins, and workflows.

• .NET and Front-End Development:

  • Develop and maintain back-end systems using Microsoft .NET and C#.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly client-side applications using HTML, CSS, React.js, and TypeScript.

• Database and SQL:

  • Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL databases supporting CRM and Power Platform solutions.

• DevOps and Agile Practices:

  • Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Work in an Agile environment using methodologies such as JIRA and Kanban to manage tasks and sprints.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform:

  • Proficient with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with older on-premise CRM versions (CRM 2011/2013) is a plus.

• Dynamics CRM Expertise:

  • Proven track record in CRM implementation, customization, and upgrades.

• Customization & Scripting:

  • Strong skills in JavaScript for customizing and extending CRM functionalities.
  • Experience with developing plugins and designing workflow processes.

• Microsoft .NET Development:

  • Expertise in developing applications using C#.

• Front-End Technologies:

  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js and TypeScript.

• Database Management:

  • Understanding of SQL for data management and query optimization.

• DevOps & Agile:

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in Agile teams, utilizing JIRA and Kanban methodologies.

  • Compensation up to 15 LPA for candidates with 7 years of experience.

Experience

4+ years of experience in a relevant field with immediate joiners preferred.
