<div> Conduct thorough research to understand the unique characteristics of rural markets, including customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior. Use insights to adapt product offerings and sales approaches accordingly.</div>
<div> Would be reporting to COO.</div>
<div> Set ambitious sales targets for the rural region and track progress. Implement initiatives to drive sales growth, such as product launches, promotions, and distribution expansion.</div>
<div> Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key rural customers, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders. Understand their needs and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.</div>
