Job Summary
The Founders Office Intern will work directly with the founding team on high-impact projects across various business functions. This role is designed for highly motivated individuals seeking broad exposure to startup operations, decision-making, and strategy. Responsibilities
- Assist the founders with strategic planning, research, and execution of key projects.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional initiatives within the organization.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Support planning and execution of events, meetings, and other business activities.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as requested by the founders to address business needs.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Prior startup or internship experience.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).
- Experience with data analysis tools or basic knowledge of financial modeling.
- Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities or student organizations.
Experience
- Minimum Experience: 0 years (open to freshers and students).
- No prior professional experience required; demonstrated initiative or relevant coursework/projects is a plus.
