Job Description
<div>Singapore headquartered XSEED Education's flagship business is SuperTeacher, a<br />
comprehensive school based edtech program built on the XSEED method. The program<br />
enhances conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, English language expression, and<br />
confidence. The XSEED PreK-8 academic program runs through schools and aligns with all<br />
major International and Indian standards (e.g. CBSE). The results of the program indicate that<br />
XSEED children perform better on problem-solving by +20% or more, versus other students,<br />
and improve by up to +50% by the time they finish middle school. XSEED has reached two<br />
million children, upskilled and certified over 100,000 teachers, in several countries including<br />
India, the Philippines, and the Middle East.</div>

<div>Problem Statement: To drive revenue growth by acquiring mid-large private schools pan India.<br />
Role: We are looking for a specialist who can independently pitch to mid or large private<br />
schools and deliver consistent closures. The person will be responsible for influencing senior<br />
Management as well as Academicians, in a highly competitive market.</div>

<div>The Job:<br />
● Build a deep understanding of XSEED product proposition and the overall school<br />
education market<br />
● Build a robust pipeline of prospect schools and own the pitching to onboarding journey<br />
● Be the “Face of XSEED” by living our values and nurture relationships with prospect<br />
school Management (“Business Owners”)<br />
● Toggle between influencing Business Owners and senior Academicians (Principal /<br />
Teacher) remotely depending on the situation<br />
● Deliver consistently exceeding sales closures month-on-month<br />
● Collaborate with internal functions in order to complete the implementation and ensure<br />
collections, in a timely manner</div>

<div>The Person:<br />
● 3+ years of experience selling to enterprises (education sector experience is NOT<br />
mandatory)<br />
● Exceptional communication + presentation skills and very high level of energy, integrity<br />
and perseverance<br />
● Prior experience in a fast-paced B2B startup environment is preferred</div>
