Job Title: Sales Lead / Team Manager

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead / Team Manager who can actively drive sales while

leading a team from the front. This role is heavily focused on hands-on selling, managing a sales team,

and handling critical escalations to ensure revenue growth and strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Selling

Actively engage in inbound and outbound sales to drive conversions

Personally handle high-value, complex, or critical leads

Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets

Support the team in closing deals and improving conversion rates

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates

Set clear targets and track daily/weekly performance

Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and closing

Ensure high productivity, accountability, and motivation within the team

Escalation Management

Act as the primary escalation point for customers and service providers

Resolve critical issues quickly and effectively

Maintain strong relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Work closely with internal teams to close escalations efficiently

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in Sales with team handling

Proven ability in closing deals and achieving targets consistently

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in high-volume sales or marketplace environments

Strong escalation handling and conflict resolution skills

Multilingual:

English (Mandatory)

Kannada (Preferred)

Tamil / Telugu (Plus)
