Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Head Business Development – Expansion to spearhead our clinic growth across India. The role involves working through a COCO (Company-Owned Company-Operated) model and liaising with real estate agents to acquire ideal clinic spaces.
Key Responsibilities
•
Clinic Expansion
o
Lead identification, evaluation, and acquisition of new clinic locations.
o
Secure optimal locations by engaging with real estate agents and property owners.
o
Identify and shortlist high-opportunity Tier 1 and 2 cities based on TAM/SAM and category demand.
o
Develop feasibility reports and site selection strategy

Conduct in-depth research to assess feasibility and demand in target locations.

Analyze competition and demographic data to prioritize expansion areas

Stakeholder Management
o
Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Marketing, Design) for seamless clinic launches.
o
Maintain effective relationships with property consultants, landlords, and legal partners.
Candidate Profile
•
Experience: 7+ years in Business Development, Real Estate Acquisition, or Expansion—preferably in healthcare, retail, or wellness.
•
Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate dynamics in urban and semi-urban markets.
•
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
•
Mobility: Comfortable with frequent travel across India
•
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
