Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team and play a critical role in building and scaling the company's outbound sales motion while driving new business growth in the US market. This position offers significant ownership and impact in a high-growth environment where sales processes are still being defined.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline through self-sourced outbound efforts.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers, including C-level and business leaders, across target accounts.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales and solutions teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and drive deal progression.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective customers and establish long-term trust.

Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise or mid-market sales environments.
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and build processes from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business solutions.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in technology-related fields.

Environment

  • Work-from-office role based in Bangalore.
  • Willingness to work during US business hours to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
