Job Summary
The role of Sales Enabler / Sales Force Effectiveness is a pioneering position responsible for establishing and driving a new analytics-focused function within Oasis Fertility. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales to leverage sales-force data, market insights, and analytics to enhance sales planning, performance tracking, and decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to build the sales force effectiveness framework from the ground up, directly impacting sales productivity, incentive planning, and resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales-force data to generate actionable insights supporting business and sales planning.
- Manage data inputs, perform data cleaning, validation, and data analysis.
- Track and evaluate sales-force performance and productivity metrics.
- Oversee sales incentive calculations and related analytics.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Support the creation and deployment of internal analytics dashboards.
- Analyze performance data for a sales team of approximately 70–75 members and data related to around 100 doctors/referral sources.
- Conduct market and company mapping, primarily focusing on domestic pharmaceutical companies.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to translate data into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Pharma industry, specifically in Sales Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, or Business Analytics.
- Strong expertise in Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to convert raw sales data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Experience in managing data inputs, cleaning, validation, and analytics.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical sales environments is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding platforms.
- Knowledge of sales incentive calculation methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present insights to leadership.
- Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.
- Experience working in a highly data-driven environment.
- Prior experience in building analytics frameworks and dashboards.
Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Pharma sales analytics, sales force effectiveness, or related analytics roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing large datasets and developing analytical frameworks.

- Work Location: Hyderabad, India.
- Work Model: 5 days in-office (WFO).
