Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead our skincare brand's marketing efforts in Delhi. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth, increase customer engagement, and expand our market share.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Brand positioning and messaging: Define and maintain our brand's unique value proposition, tone, and messaging.
  • Product launches and promotions: Plan and execute successful product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Digital marketing and social media: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Budget management and ROI analysis: Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure aligned brand strategies.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience: Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field in the FMCG industry.
  • Relevant industry experience: Experience in the beauty/personal care industry, with a focus on skincare.
  • Excellent marketing skills: Including brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Leadership and collaboration: Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience in managing influencer partnerships.

Experience

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in brand management or marketing within the FMCG industry, specifically in the beauty/personal care sector.

Environment

This role is based in Delhi and involves collaboration with various teams in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Salary

  • Competitive salary: ₹12-15 LPA, depending on experience.
