Job Summary
We are seeking a result-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth by leveraging our AI-powered enterprise platform. This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, managing sales engagements, and supporting the development of strategic accounts while directly contributing to the organization’s revenue goals.
Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Business Development
- Drive new business acquisition across BFSI sectors including Banks, NBFCs, AMCs, Mutual Funds, and Insurance Companies.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.

Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements.
- Engage with decision-makers to act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and evaluation process.

Solution Selling & Customer Engagement
- Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to tailor solutions for customers.

Commercial Management
- Support commercial negotiations, including pricing discussions and contract finalization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely deal closures.

Account Growth & Expansion
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
- Drive long-term customer engagement and revenue expansion.

Market & Regulatory Awareness
- Stay informed about developments in the BFSI ecosystem and maintain awareness of regulatory changes.

Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity data within CRM systems.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6–10 years in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management.
- Proven Track Record: Experience in selling SaaS, enterprise technology platforms, and data solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to Banks, NBFCs, AMCs, and large enterprises.
- Lifecycle Management: Demonstrated success in handling multi-stakeholder sales cycles and procurement processes.
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of AI platforms, compliance solutions, and workflow automation is preferred.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with transaction management, digital lending, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Experience
- 6–10 years in relevant fields with demonstrated success in Enterprise Sales and Strategic Account Management.
Environment
- This position is based in Mumbai. The role may involve occasional travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
