Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on knowledge of developing backend solutions for web applications. This role is crucial for designing and implementing server-side logic, APIs, and data storage solutions, contributing to our overall objectives and product success.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement server-side logic for web applications.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between client and server.
• Develop and optimize the backend for web applications, ensuring seamless integration with Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Science outputs.
• Build and manage databases, focusing on optimizing performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance backend functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and experience with FASTAPI.
• Strong understanding of developing and managing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with database management and optimization.
• Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Databricks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
