Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technician specializing in X-ray and Radiology to join our medical device distribution team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for providing clinical training, technical support, and troubleshooting for an FDA and CE-approved ultraportable X-ray device (Remescan). This position is field-based, requiring travel across Hyderabad to train and support radiologists, hospital staff, and biomedical teams on device usage and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical training sessions on using ultraportable X-ray devices for radiologists, technicians, and hospital staff.
  • Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for device-related issues.
  • Assist the sales team in product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Work closely with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and biomedical departments to ensure smooth device implementation and usage.
  • Develop training materials, SOPs, and user manuals for effective onboarding.
  • Maintain detailed reports on training sessions, technical issues, and client feedback.
  • Participate in medical conferences, symposia, and CME-accredited events to stay updated on industry trends and build professional networks.
  • Travel daily for on-site visits, training, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Work from the office on non-field days.
  • Ensure timely submission of travel expense claims with proper receipts for reimbursement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical training, radiology equipment handling, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of X-ray imaging systems, PACS, and radiology workflow.
  • Experience working with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and biomedical departments.
  • Must be Hyderabad-based and able to join immediately or within 15 days of the notice period.

Preferred Skills

  • Passion for medical technology, training, and troubleshooting in radiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience

2-3 years in the medical device industry with a focus on X-ray and radiology equipment.

Environment

This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad with working hours from Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The role involves significant travel across Hyderabad for on-site visits, with office work required on non-field days.

Salary
