This<br /> helps them to streamline their procurement operations and reduce the requirement for on-balance sheet<br /> debt while improving free cash flows.</div> <div><br /> You will be closely working with the operations team and the senior management, where the role will<br /> involve optimizing our financial decision making</div> <div><br /> What you will be doing in this role:<br /> Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years of work experience (Fin-Tech operational experience is<br /> preferred)<br /> Fund Management:<br /> ● Approve plans for daily transactional requirements to optimise trade finance applications.<br /> ● Develop and participate in technology approaches for work innovation and productivity.<br /> ● Drive trade clearing and settlement processes (accounting process) to ensure all accounts are<br /> updated and transfer of money is arranged. Ensure robust reconciliation process.<br /> ● Design strategies for better use of trade facilities.<br /> ● Ensure facilities are financed and insured on time.<br /> Accounts Payable:<br /> ● Robust payment management process- master data set up, payment on time<br /> ● TDS compliances<br /> ● GST administration and monitoring<br /> Reporting, Audit management and Compliance:<br /> ● Ensure relevant laws and regulations are followed for trade documents<br /> ● Robust accounting and book closure experience<br /> ● Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management<br /> ● Audit management and tax filing<br /> Managerial Responsibilities:<br /> ● Manage the department&#39;s recruitment and retention efforts.<br /> ● Manage the professional and career development of staff.<br /> ● Oversee the department&#39;s financial budget use against department work plan.</div>
