<div>Responsibilities: <br />
• Plan, create, optimise, implement and manage paid campaigns across Google and Meta<br />
• Structure the campaigns with company objectives/goals<br />
• Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (content, creative etc.) to identify areas for growth<br />
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization through experiments, continuous A/B testing and generating hypotheses<br />
• Curate insights data and map customer journeys and buyer segments<br />
• Report data with across channels, categories, and campaigns</div>
<div>Requirements:<br />
• Experience: 3-4 years<br />
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads for ecommerce objectives (revenue, RoAS)<br />
• A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgement<br />
• Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance<br />
• Passion & hustle to take on & solve problems individually and within cross-functional teams<br />
• Microsoft Excel<br />
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaborative working style<br />
• Proactive, and takes ownership of work<br />
• Experience with marketplaces, or ecommerce platforms with large number of SKUs (10,000+)</div>
