Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Manager with 2+ years of experience in

FMCG and D2C brands to lead and scale our influencer marketing initiatives. The role will be

responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram,

Facebook, and emerging social platforms, with a strong focus on brand visibility, engagement, and

conversions.

This role is based out of Bangalore, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external

creators.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and

business goals.

• Plan and manage product launches, brand awareness, and performance-driven influencer

campaigns.

• Identify the right mix of macro, micro, nano, and celebrity influencers across platforms.

• Own campaign ideation, briefing, execution, tracking, and post-campaign analysis.

Social Media Platform Management (Influencer-led)

• Drive influencer collaborations across:

o Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts)

o YouTube (Long-form videos, Shorts, Reviews)

o Facebook

o Other platforms such as Twitter/X, Pinterest, Moj, Josh, LinkedIn (if applicable)

• Ensure platform-specific content strategies and compliance with brand guidelines.

• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and influencer trends.Creator Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and talent

managers.

• Negotiate commercials, contracts, deliverables, and timelines.

• Ensure smooth coordination from onboarding to content publishing and reporting.

• Manage influencer gifting, seeding, and affiliate collaborations.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

• Track and analyze key metrics: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, ROI, CAC, and brand lift.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

• Optimize campaigns based on performance data and audience behavior.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, and

Design teams.

• Align influencer content with ongoing digital marketing campaigns and product priorities.

• Coordinate with legal and finance teams for contracts, compliance, and payouts.

Budget & Compliance Management

• Plan and manage influencer marketing budgets efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with ASCI guidelines, platform policies, and disclosure norms (#ad,

#sponsored).

• Maintain proper documentation and records of campaigns and agreements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Background

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing.

• Prior experience in FMCG and D2C brands is mandatory.

• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns at scale.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.• Experience with influencer marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Winkl, Qoruz, One Impression,

Grynow, Upfluence, etc.).

• Knowledge of content formats, trends, and creator economics.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.

• Creative thinking with a performance-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree.
