Please share CVs according to below notes with me and Vivek:<br /> PFB<br /> --------------------------<br /> Qualification: CA is preferred, but exceptionally strong profiles without CA may also be considered.<br /> Experience: 5–9 years.<br /> Age Limit: Up to 35 years.<br /> Core Expertise: Strong AR (Accounts Receivable) experience is essential.<br /> Additional Skills:<br /> Proven experience in finance automation is a must.<br /> Hands-on process automation (inventory, reconciliation, or AR-related).<br /> Audit Exposure:<br /> Must have managed audits with Big 4 firms.<br /> Alternatively, candidates from established startups with audit experience through mid-sized firms can also be considered. (Flexibility allowed here.)<br /> Financial Reporting will be added advantage<br /> Segment - Established Startups like Zomato, Delivery, Porter, Urbanclap etc would be ideal for this role. However can look for Big MNCs if they are have startup and agile mindset
