Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Procurement Implementation Specialist with a strong background in Ariba or Coupa implementations. This role will play a pivotal part in the successful deployment and integration of procurement solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of 8–10 years in source-to-pay (S2P) systems, with a focus on Ariba and/or Coupa platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end implementation of Ariba or Coupa procurement systems.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for procurement process design, system configuration, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of procurement solutions.
• Provide training and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
• Continuously assess and optimize procurement processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in procurement implementations focused on Ariba and/or Coupa platforms.
• Proficient in source-to-pay (S2P) processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple projects.
