Job Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for building and qualifying the sales pipeline for the Account Executives through outbound prospecting aligned to US market hours. This role is integral to identifying potential accounts, engaging with key stakeholders, and creating qualified opportunities to support the organization’s revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify and prospect target accounts through outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn during US business hours.
- Engage with prospects to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
- Execute consistent daily outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.

Lead Qualification & Opportunity Creation
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
- Develop early-stage relationships to effectively move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Handle objections and guide conversations toward agreed next steps.

Account Research & Planning
- Research accounts to identify key stakeholders and potential use cases.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to prioritize accounts and design outreach strategies.
- Build account context to enhance engagement quality.

CRM & Process Discipline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM.
- Track activities, interactions, and progress through the pipeline.
- Follow structured outreach and qualification processes.
Qualifications

Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or sales development.
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calling.

Technical Skills
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

Soft Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to qualify opportunities and manage objections effectively.
- Capability to work in a structured, high-activity sales environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Understanding of rewards, incentives, or gift card solutions.
- Familiarity with lead enrichment and sales outreach tools.
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or sales development.
