Job Summary

The Platform Ecosystem Manager will play a crucial role in defining and managing the platform's APIs, SDKs, and integrations. This role is essential for fostering collaboration between internal teams and representing the platform externally. The successful candidate will ensure the balance between openness, reliability, privacy, and compliance in the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage APIs, SDKs, Multi-Channel Platforms (MCPs), and Agents, ensuring they meet stakeholder requirements.
• Oversee external integrations, ensuring seamless onboarding and governance for partners.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance developer tooling and improve ecosystem functionality.
• Represent the platform in external negotiations and communications while coordinating internal efforts.
• Balance technical and business requirements to ensure reliability and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of total experience with 5–8 years specifically in platform, partner, or developer ecosystem roles.
• Experience from notable tech companies such as Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Twilio, Gupshup, or Razorpay.
• Strong understanding of defining APIs, SDKs, and managing integrations.
• Excellent systems thinking and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and governance frameworks related to partner integrations.
• Ability to navigate and balance various stakeholder interests to benefit the platform ecosystem.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with partner onboarding processes and developer tooling enhancements.
• Background in project management or product management within API/platform teams.

Experience

• Minimum of 10–15 years of professional experience.
• At least 5–8 years in platform, partner, or developer ecosystem roles.
