Job Description
<div>Seek a highly motivated and strategic Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients. This role requires a strong background in consultative sales, strategic planning, and relationship management. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in key verticals and building long-term value through strong client partnerships.<br />
The main responsibilities are:<br />

Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to target high-value prospects and decision-makers.<br />
•<br />
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 and other large enterprise accounts and deliver 4X business pipeline.<br />
•<br />
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXO-level executives and key stakeholders.<br />
•<br />
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.<br />
•<br />
Track and report on KPIs, pipeline, and sales forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).<br />
•<br />
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs.<br />
•<br />
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise clients. Adopt change in mindset on “value” vs. “commodity” clients while keeping customer feedback in mind.</div>

Qualifications:<br />
−<br />
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.<br />
−<br />
5+ years of experience in similar industry, enterprise sales or strategic partnerships<br />
−<br />
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in complex, B2B sales environments.<br />
−<br />
Good amount of knowledge about Loyalty Marketing, rewards management and Promotions, B2B Corporate Sales and concept & consultative selling<br />
−<br />
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills<br />
−<br />
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve stretch targets<br />
−<br />
Ability to travel as required<br />
Preferred Skills:<br />
−<br />
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies<br />
−<br />
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</div>
