<div>WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS?<br /> Are you ready to shape the future of data analytics in a fast-paced startup environment? We are<br /> looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who would be accountable for profitable<br /> business growth across all accounts based and will be responsible for Modern Trade market. He/she<br /> will be working closely with all account managers, customer marketing managers and sales team to<br /> meet objectives.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Responsibilities:<br /> ● Build road-map to leadership for Modern Trade Channel, strategize and implement<br /> programs/plans for development of sales company Brands in this channel.<br /> ● Customer Business Development through execution of category best practices and insights,<br /> and development of common strategic initiatives.<br /> ● Achieve volume and sales targets through effective implementation of sales strategies,<br /> Identifying the key challenges and enablers; Sales planning/ stock requirement forecast.<br /> ● Develop a mutually beneficial JBP with Key customers with clearly defined KPIs and review<br /> mechanisms.<br /> ● Conduct regular reviews on the progress of JBP KPIs and agree on correctional steps with the<br /> customers.<br /> ● Prioritization and deployment of available spends towards strategic focus areas and activities<br /> for chains and brands.<br /> ● Track utilization and effectiveness of trade spends in activities &amp; channels along with the<br /> Go-To-Market Manager.<br /> ● Manage the performance of key account team reporting into them<br /> ● Focus &amp; develop on the capabilities of these KAMs</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>REQUIREMENTS<br /> ● MBA with 6-8 year&#39;s experience<br /> ● ust have exposure of at least two years in either Key Account Management or Category<br /> Management (if working with a retail group<br /> ● Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a<br /> high-performing team.<br /> ● Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and translate complex business<br /> requirements into actionable insights.<br /> ● Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights that have resulted in tangible business<br /> outcomes.<br /> ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.<br /> ● Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts<br /> to non-technical stakeholders.<br /> ● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making<br /> with data-driven insights.<br /> ● Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and<br /> deliver results in a fast-paced environment.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>WHAT WILL YOU GET?<br /> &bull; Fast paced growth in the startup FMCG space.<br /> &bull; Mentorship from senior people / board members / in house experts<br /> &bull; Ability to think strategically.<br /> &bull; Key involvement in shaping the overall course of the startup and the customer experience at<br /> Wholsum Foods.</div>
