Job Description
Business Finance & Planning
•
Build and manage integrated financial models for revenue, cost, and cash-flow forecasting.
•
Lead AOP planning, monthly MIS, and performance variance tracking.
•
Conduct unit economics and margin analysis by SKU, category, and channel.
•
Partner with teams to optimize spends, pricing, and profitability; track CM1 / CM2 / CM3 levers.
•
Build scenario-based models to guide growth and investment decisions.
Consumer & Cohort Analytics
•
Partner with marketing and product teams to derive insights on cohort behavior, retention, and repeat rates.
•
Lead LTV/CAC, attribution, and channel efficiency analysis across D2C, Amazon, and retail.
•
Build and automate dashboards that provide visibility on category performance, consumer funnel, and ROI.
•
Work with analytics teams to build data models and tagging frameworks for clean, actionable insights.
Founder’s Office / Strategic Projects
•
Collaborate with Founders on fundraising materials, investor updates, and board decks.
•
Create consulting-grade presentations for strategic reviews and market expansion initiatives.
•
Drive special projects — from category launches to new channel pilots (EBOs, exports, Q-commerce).
•
Support OKR tracking, governance, and inter-departmental alignment.
Governance & Partnering
•
Track fund utilization, marketing efficiency, and working capital.
•
Partner with finance, legal, and audit for compliance and reporting.
•
Design frameworks for business health reviews and decision dashboards.
Ideal Candidate
•
CA + MBA (Tier-1 preferred) with 4–8 years of experience in:
o
Business Finance / Strategy / Founder’s Office in high-growth consumer startups, or
o
Consulting (Big 4 / Tier-1 firms like Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Bain, etc.)
•
Strong analytical and storytelling abilities — connects numbers to business narrative.
•
Experience in consumer analytics, cohort tracking, and financial modeling.
•
Highly proficient in Excel & PowerPoint; exposure to SQL, GA, or BI tools a plus.
•
Entrepreneurial, structured, and detail-obsessed — thrives in high-velocity environments.
