Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Location: Ahmedabad CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA Working days: 6days About the Company Birds of Paradyes is a bold, new-age hair color brand redefining self-expression through vibrant, high-quality, and safe hair dye products. With a strong D2C focus, the brand blends creativity, individuality, and innovation to build a loyal community of expressive consumers across India. Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale end-to-end digital growth. This role goes beyond execution — we’re looking for someone who can think, build, optimize, and scale campaigns across the funnel while driving measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across channels (primarily Google & Meta)
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across the funnel from awareness to conversion
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven decisions
- Manage and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and audience targeting
- Deeply understand and track key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversion rates
- Build and optimize full-funnel journeys (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention)
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale
- Implement A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience working with D2C brands (must-have)
- Proven hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystem
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and attribution models
- Experience working with metrics like ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion optimization
- Background in FMCG, Beauty, or E-commerce industries preferred
- Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with execution
