Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in corporate and enterprise lending, specifically focused on credit and risk management. This position is integral to a BFSI player shaping AI-led credit and risk products. The Product Manager will bridge the gap between domain expertise and technology, effectively translating credit logic into actionable product requirements while collaborating with data science teams and engaging with executive leadership and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies for credit and risk management solutions utilizing AI technologies.
• Translate complex credit and risk concepts into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with data science teams to ensure accurate implementation of credit logic.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand their needs and present product solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and refine risk frameworks to align with company objectives.
• Drive the planning and execution of product launches while ensuring alignment across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in corporate/enterprise lending with a focus on underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and risk frameworks.
• Strong understanding of credit and risk management principles, preferably in a BFSI context.
• MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions between diverse teams including data scientists, executives, and engineers.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into product features and requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within banks or non-banking financial companies (NBFCs).
• Background in AI applications within credit and risk.
• Familiarity with agile product management methodologies.

Experience

10+ years of relevant experience in corporate/enterprise lending with demonstrated expertise in risk and product management.
