A growing paper packaging manufacturing company based in Noida, looking for a strategic finance leader to oversee and optimize its financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing finance experience, expertise in plant controllership, and a proven track record in handling multi-plant financial operations.

Role Overview:

The Head of Finance / CFO will be responsible for driving financial strategy, compliance, and efficiency, ensuring strong controllership, cost management, and ERP implementation. The role requires someone with experience in a mid-sized/growing promoter-driven company and a deep understanding of manufacturing finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and budgeting

• Oversee controllership and financial management across multiple plant locations

• Manage capex/opex, accounting, tax, audit, and cash flow

• Ensure strong costing practices at both factory and product levels

• Drive ERP implementation and optimize financial processes

• Provide strategic insights to support senior management in decision-making

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and auditors

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture

Key Requirements:

• CA-qualified with 15+ years of experience

• Minimum 5 years in a mid-sized/growing promoter-driven company

• Strong expertise in manufacturing finance and plant controllership

• Proven experience in managing finances across multiple plant locations

• In-depth knowledge of costing, capex/opex, tax, and audit compliance

• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Willingness to relocate to Noida
