Evergreen Product Management Associate Location: India Seniority: Associate (3-5 years of experience) Team: Evergreen Product Management (EPM) Reporting to: Global Head of Evergreen Product Management Global footprint: New York, London, Stockholm, Singapore, Sydney Role overview EQT’s Evergreen Product Management team is an established, global function integral to EQT’s rapidly scaling evergreen platform. We are looking for a high-calibre Evergreen Product Management Associate to join our India-based team and integrate into this global setup. This is an execution-critical role requiring exceptional attention to detail and outstanding PowerPoint skills. The Associate will support core evergreen materials and recurring product and distribution processes, working closely with the global evergreen product management team and senior stakeholders across geographies. The role is well suited for someone with 3-4 years of experience from investment banking, management consulting,or private equity, who takes pride in precision, structure, and consistently high-quality output. The Associate will report directly to the Global Head of Evergreen Product Management and collaborate daily with colleagues across New York, London, Stockholm, Singapore, and Sydney. Key responsibilities Marketing, client & executive materials (core focus) ● Support Global Head of Evergreen Product Management with executive level presentations ● Own periodic and ad-hoc updates of evergreen pitchbooks, fact sheets, DDQs, and related client-facing materials ● Own development of new evergreen product marketing materials ● Ensure high quality folder management and alignment across EQT’s evergreens ● Support website and data room updates in close coordination with internal teams, ensuring alignment across all channels. Sales & distribution support ● Support recurring sales tracking processes (e.g. weekly sales logs, books-out tracking) ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow into systems such as Salesforce ● Support development of new dashboards and maintenance of existing ones. Help scale processes as the number of distributors and products increases RFI & information request support ● EQT has a dedicated RFI team, which will coordinate RFIs and respond to standard questions. However, the Evergreen Product Management team, which you will be part of, is responsible for drafting RFI answers outside of the standard questions, requiring critical and commercial thinking to answer ● Support the preparation and coordination of RFIs, ensuring inputs are captured accurately and responses are delivered in a structured and timely manner Process standardisation & scale ● Identify opportunities to standardise, streamline, and document recurring processes ● Support automation initiatives where applicable, with the goal of building a scalable evergreen operating model Key requirements ● Outstanding attention to detail ● Exceptional PowerPoint skills - strong visual judgment, clean structuring, and ability to work efficiently in complex decks ● 3-5 years of experience in investment banking. management consulting, private equity, or a similarly demanding environment ● Strong experience working with client-facing materials and complex documentation ● Highly structured, organised, and reliable, with strong ownership of deliverables ● Ability to work independently after onboarding, while meeting recurring deadlines ● Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and global teams across time zones ● Strong written and spoken English skills What success looks like ● Evergreen materials are consistently accurate, polished, and ready for external use ● Updates are delivered reliably with minimal rework required ● Processes become increasingly standardised and scalable over time Why join EQT This role offers the opportunity to join an established global team at the centre of EQT’s evergreen platform.
