Position Overview The Manager – Marketing will lead the overall marketing function, with a strong focus on digital presence, brand positioning, business growth. This role requires a strategic, data-driven professional with deep industry understanding, capable of strengthening brand value, driving customer engagement, and supporting our multi-brand expansion. Key Responsibility Brand & Strategic Marketing • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company’s growth objectives across airports and city outlets. • Build strong visibility for all in-house brands across digital and offline touchpoints. • Strengthen brand narrative through compelling storytelling, content, and visual communication. Digital Marketing • Lead digital initiatives including social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads, website content, and online reputation management. • Develop campaigns that highlight product quality, brand diversity, customer experience, and innovation. Business & Growth Enablement • Work closely with Business Development and Operations teams to support new outlet launches and brand presentations. • Enhance customer engagement through data-driven insights and targeted campaigns. • Drive lead generation for institutional catering, corporate partnerships, and airport opportunities. Partnerships & Industry Networking • Build alliances with airport authorities, corporate partners, concessionaires • Represent Balaji Caterers at F&B, hospitality, and airport-related industry forums/exhibitions. Creative & Agency Management • Manage external agencies – creative, digital, PR, photography, and design partners. • Ensure timely creation of high-quality marketing assets for menus, store branding, digital creatives, campaigns, and launch events. Team Leadership & Budgeting • Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture. • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI through data-backed decision making. Required Skills & Competencies • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields; MBA preferred. • 8–15 years of marketing experience in hospitality, QSR, or multi-outlet retail brands. Strong exposure to digital marketing, brand management, and multi-brand strategy. • Understanding of airport business dynamics, retail formats, corporate catering, and customer experience design. • Proficient with digital marketing tools — Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/Analytics, CRM, automation platforms. • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. • Ability to manage multiple brands and fast-paced operations simultaneously. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Growth in brand visibility across airports and digital platforms. • Increase in customer engagement and online footprint. • Lead generation and support for business expansion opportunities. • ROI on marketing spend and performance of digital campaigns. • Quality and timeliness of marketing assets and creative output. • Team effectiveness and contribution to brand consistency.
